while driving, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with
a suspended license, driving with expired registration, carrying an
unregistered and loaded firearm, driving without due caution,
driving without insurance, and driving with unlawful
registration.

Kelvin Pryse, 40, of Morgan Hill, 12:39 a.m. Tuesday, at 303 Forest St.

Parole hold

Olga Rios, 40, of the 400 block of Hadley Court, 3:05 p.m. Monday, near Chestnut and Eighth streets.

Bernardo Delacruz, 42, of the 5500 block of Monterey Road, 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, at his residence for parole hold, possession of narcotics paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Petty theft

Francisco Molina, 42, of the 7000 block of Princevalle Street, 3:46 p.m. Tuesday, near Monterey and 10th streets.

Carrying an unregistered, loaded firearm

Jashiel Gonzalez, 21, of the 7600 block of Pacheco Pass Highway, 7:09 p.m. Tuesday, near Chestnut and Martin streets for possession of a controlled substance and driving without a license.

Possession of marijuana on school property

Adam Malone, 19, of the 500 block of 10th street, 11:09 p.m. Tuesday, at 7999 Westwood Drive for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana on school property and driving with a suspended license.
