Grand theft

Alfonso Cruz, 22, of the 1000 block of of San Miguel Drive, 8:57 a.m. Monday, near Perrelli Street and Santa Teresa Boulevard for grand theft and possession of stolen property.

Possession of a controlled substance

Robert Garcia, 29, of the 8800 block of Lilly Avenue, 11:03 p.m. Sunday, at 7895 Monterey St. on warrants for petty theft, keeping a place to sell a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance.

Everardo Valdovinos, 25, of the 200 block of Farrell Avenue, 12:15 a.m. Monday, near Farrell and Wren Avenues on a warrant.

Andrew Garcia, 20, of the 200 block of Old Gilroy Street, 4:30 p.m. Monday, at 462 Hadley Court on warrants for possession of a controlled substance and buying or receiving a stolen vehicle.

Possession of an open container

Battery

Fernando Arcos, 33, of the 400 block of Broadway, 2:30 p.m. Monday, at his residence for willfully allowing a child to suffer, battery and on a warrant for possession of narcotics paraphernalia and three warrants for failing to appear in court.
