1-2 record at the Skyline Classic in San Bruno last week.
SAN BRUNO – The Gavilan College men’s basketball team compiled a 1-2 record at the Skyline Classic in San Bruno last week.
The Rams defeated Reedley 59-57 to open the tournament, but lost to Las Positas 82-68 and host Skyline 72-50.
On Saturday, though, Gavilan returned the favor against Skyline with a 70-59 victory during non-tournament play.
Gavilan is now 5-6 overall.
The Rams will host Cosumnes River College in Gilroy on Tuesday. Tip-off is 3 p.m.
