After a wonderful life, Raymond K. Preuitt peacefully joined his loving wife Virginia and grandson Jerry Wachtler into eternal rest at his home in Morgan Hill, CA. He was surrounded by his loving daughters and care giver. His quiet, gentle presence will be missed by his family and friends.
Ray is survived by his daughter Marilyn Preuitt (Lee Wachtler), daughter Kathy Panzica (Nace), family friend and care giver Cindy Deiber; his grandchildren John Panzica (Nicki), Mark Panzica (Adriane), Jeffrey Wachtler (Mary), John Paredes (Aubrie), Russel Wachtler and Sheri Wachtler; his great-grandchildren Maia, Makaila, Paul, Matthew, Callysta, Mia and Emma; and his loving sister-in-law Ginger Cook.
Ray retired as custodian at Live Oak High School and had a great passion for dancing. Ray loved color even though he was color blind. Memorial attendees are encouraged to dress in clorful attire.
A memorial service will be held on March 28, 2010 at 4:00 P.M. at the Advent Lutheran Church, 16870 Murphy Ave., Morgan Hill, CA with Reverend Anita Warner presiding.
