Dear Editor,
Will Gilroy City Council support SB680? If so, how many small
business and very small business owners will they kill-off?

Dear Editor,
Will Gilroy City Council support SB680? If so, how many small business and very small business owners will they kill-off?
VTA’s prodigal wastefulness is legendary, and a blight on taxpayers.
For example, when cross-over accidents on U.S. 101 between Gilroy and Morgan Hill were killing motorists left and right, including a carload of teenagers, VTA said they did not have enough money to build median barriers. While saying that they simultaneously paid more than $52 million to their employees’ pension funds. Later, after more died, the median barriers were built at a cost of less than $2 million.
VTA and Silicon Valley Manufacturers Group want voters to reward them for their socialistic wastefulness, their utter disregard for the safety of motorists, with more taxes. Is this how we should treat them after they were indicted by our Grand Jury for gross mismanagement? If they abolished Black Hole Lite Rail, then we would have enough money for all highway improvements, plus enough left over for libraries.
If we privatized public-sector transit, then we would not condemn future generations to the living Hell that VTA’s policy has planned for them.
Do we hate our grandchildren so much that we would give VTA more tax dollars?
