Burglary
An unknown suspect(s), between 10 p.m. Nov. 5 and 6:30 a.m. Nov. 6 on the 5000 block of Santa Teresa Boulevard at Mesa Road in Gilroy, attempted to enter an unlocked window into a cafeteria.
Vandalism
An unknown suspect(s), between 9:50 a.m. Nov. 11 and 11:23 a.m. Nov. 13 on East Main Road at Liberata Court in Morgan Hill, bent 75, 4-foot metal fence stakes along a 600 foot boundary. A break in the wire fence was found about 50 feet in length. Total cost to replace stakes and fence with materials/labor is estimated at $1,470.
Theft
An unknown suspect(s), between 5 p.m. Nov. 9 and 4 p.m. Nov. 10 on the 17000 block of Shady Lane Drive in Morgan Hill, removed the battery from an unlocked vehicle. The battery was estimated at $500.
Vehicle theft
An unknown suspect(s), between 4 p.m. Oct. 23 and 7 p.m. Oct. 30 on the 10000 block of Pacheco Pass Highway at Casa de Fruta Parkway in Gilroy, stole a motorcycle from a trailer parked in front of a recreational vehicle.
Drugs
Kenneth Duffy, 56; Brian Scott Mason, 47; and Tina Marie Gonzales, 56; 11:08 p.m. Nov. 9 on the 12000 block of Columbet Avenue in San Martin, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jose Toscano-Garcia, 31, 8:20 p.m. Nov. 5 on the 3400 block of Pacheco Pass Highway in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Suspect was found in possession of 1.5 grams of methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe.
Richard David Valenzuela, 33; and Bernardo Andrade Vasquez, 56; between 9:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Nov. 3 on Chestnut Avenue at Luchessa Avenue in Gilroy, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of codeine while out on bail. Valenzuela was found with 1 gram of methamphetamine. A search of Andrade Vasquez’s tent turned up a syringe with 40cc of liquid methamphetamine, three unprescribed codeine pills and two glass pipes.
Alfredo Arzola, 36, 12:42 a.m. Nov. 3 on No Name Uno at Rucker Avenue in Gilroy, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Amanda Dawn Luna, 32, 6:48 p.m. Oct. 31 on Depot Street at San Martin Avenue in San Martin, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Public intoxication
Cristobal Tellez, 46, 3:57 p.m. Nov. 12 on the 9400 block of No Name Uno in Gilroy, for public intoxication.
Robert Joseph Aranda, 29, 1 a.m. Nov. 3 on Monterey Highway at Fourth Street in Morgan Hill, for being drunk in public.
