Contributing to the delinquency of a minor
Joseph Isaac Delgado, 22, of Gilroy and Mark Anthony Delgado, 23, of Morgan Hill, and a juvenile, 8:39 p.m. Saturday, near Longmeadow Drive and Santa Teresa Boulevard when they were found smoking marijuana in a vehicle.
Possession of more than an ounce of marijuana
Joshua Nathanael Noble, 19, of San Jose, 12:09 a.m. Saturday, near Coyote Ranch and Metcalf Road in San Jose.
Possession of cocaine
Jose Manolo Salazar, 30, of San Martin, 9:58 a.m. Jan. 7, near Monterey Highway and Buena Vista Avenue for possession of cocaine, probation violation and driving without a license.

Grand theft
Three unlocked vehicles – a 1994 silver Toyota Camry, a 1993 white Mercury Villager and a 2003 blue Chevrolet – were ransacked and several items, including a black Microsoft mp3 player worth $150, were taken, between 1 and 3:30 a.m. Saturday, on the 11100 block of Monterey Road in San Martin.
Theft by credit card
A Gilroy man’s credit card was used to make an unauthorized $34.62 purchase at seafarerhelp.com, between 12 p.m. Dec. 31 and 4:15 p.m. Friday.
Mail theft
A man living on the 9900 block of Lantz Drive in Morgan Hill believes someone stole his credit card statement from his mailbox, between 12 p.m. Jan. 2 and 1:42 p.m. Friday.
Petty theft
A CB radio and stereo, total worth of $200, were stolen from an unlocked 1986 white Peterbilt semi truck, between 5 p.m. Dec. 31 and 1:30 p.m. Thursday, on the 700 block of Las Animas Avenue.
Stolen vehicle recovery
A 1995 black Honda Accord stolen out of Hollister was found without its rims and tires in a field, 8:51 a.m. Thursday, on the 2800 block of Leavesley Road.
