Odsinada Ariestotle Magat, 20, of San Jose, 6:15 p.m. Oct. 15, near Monterey Road and Bailey Avenue in San Jose, after popping two wheelies on his motorcycle.

Recovered stolen vehicle
Two thieves stole a 1993 white Nissan pickup truck, 3:08 a.m. Saturday, near Monterey Road and Vineyard Town Center in Morgan Hill. The driver of the truck was speeding on Monterey Road and refused to stop. The truck came to a stop and the thieves fled on foot, escaping police.
A 2003 gold Hyundai Elantra stolen out of San Jose was found, 12:35 p.m. Friday, on the 500 block of East Dougherty Avenue in Morgan Hill.
A 2009 white Chevrolet Silverado was found, 5:30 p.m. Thursday, on the 13600 block of Mammini Court in San Martin. Based on property found in the truck, police suspect a 34-year-old, white Gilroy man of stealing the truck.
Residential burglary
A burglar entered a residence through an open window, 4:35 p.m. Friday, near Murphy and San Martin avenues and set fire to a pile of toilet paper.
A laptop computer, worth $1,700, was stolen from a residence, between 12 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Oct. 14, on the 12000 block of Foothill Avenue in San Martin. Burglars gained entry to the home through an unlocked sliding door.
Burglary
A lock box containing $2,000 in cash was stolen, between 7 a.m. and 4:10 p.m. Friday, from a residence on the 330 block of East San Martin Avenue. The burglar or burglars gained entry to the home by breaking the front door window.
Identity theft
A Gilroy man’s identity was stolen when someone used his information to open several credit cards, between 4 p.m. Oct. 13 and 10 a.m. Oct. 15.
Vandalism
The window of a tractor was broken and the key stolen from the ignition, between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Oct. 11, near West Edmundson Avenue and Olympic Drive in Morgan Hill. The victim estimates the damage at $100.
Grand theft
An engine block and car parts, worth $1,800, were stolen, between 5 p.m. Oct. 12 and 5 p.m. Oct. 13, from the driveway of a home on the 13300 block of Kimble Court in San Martin.
