Petty theft
– On Feb. 10, 7 p.m. near Colony Avenue in San Martin an unknown
suspect removed the window from the driver’s side of a victim’s
vehicle and stole an iPod and stereo. The suspect is still at
large.

– On Feb. 10, 7 p.m. near Colony Avenue in San Martin an unknown suspect removed the window from the driver’s side of a victim’s vehicle and stole an iPod and stereo. The suspect is still at large.

Possession

– Raul Dimas, 40, Feb. 13, 8:12 p.m. near the intersection of Murray Avenue and Leavesley Road for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

– Ryan Bellgardt, 34, Feb. 9, 9 a.m. near the intersection of Watsonville Road and Honeycomb Lane for possession of marijuana greater than 28.5 grams and transportation of marijuana. Reports say after a police officer made a vehicle enforcement stop on Bellgardt’s vehicle, the officer discovered Bellgardt had an expired cannabis card and was carrying approximately 527.1 grams of marijuana.

– Jesus Fonzeca, 23, Feb. 9, 12:53 a.m. near the intersection of Monterey Road and Las Animas Avenue for possession of concentrated cannabis and possession of marijuana in a vehicle.

– Ismael Arellano, 22, and Fabian Arevalo, 18, Feb. 8, 11:24 p.m. near the intersection of Leavesley Road and New Avenue for driving with and possessing less than an ounce of marijuana and having an open container in the vehicle. Both were cited and released.

Possession of paint to commit vandalism

– Dylan Kelly, 25, Luis Rivas, 20 and Sam Burks, 22, Feb. 10, 11 a.m. near the intersection of Bolsa Road and Highway 101 for trespassing, possession of paint to commit vandalism and possession of alcohol. Reports say the three young men were carrying boxes and a scaffold towards Uvas Creek when a police officer located them on the victim’s property. Reports say Kelly, Rivas and Burks were in possession of a large amount of paint, paint rollers, a scaffold and paint brushes. Kelly and Burks have prior arrests for vandalism. All three were cited and released.
