This letter is to support the upcoming Measure B on the ballot to ensure a strong system of hours and services for our #1 Gilroy Library.
It’s a great asset to the community and a much-needed educational and cultural venue for our citizens.
Speaking as a former teacher and librarian, I can say with knowledge that the collection and the staff services at this library are top-notch and nothing is too much trouble for them to provide assistance with.
We are fortunate to have such an organization at our command and it deserves every kind of support we can give. What is asked will only bring them up to speed – they really should be given enough to boost funds for much-needed programs and services. Vote for Measure B.
