We were very much impressed by the swimming lessons offered through Gilroy’s Parks and Recreation Department.
Our niece recently completed a two-week session at Gilroy High School, and we wish we’d signed her up for additional lessons earlier in the summer.
The skills were taught sequentially with modeling and repetition. The instructors were competent, positive and encouraging. It was fun to see all the smiling faces between the two pools as various levels of instruction were taking place.
We look forward to taking more lessons next year.
