Christopher's Stephen Hajdu swims breaststroke in the 200 individual medley during their meet Tuesday against Gilroy.

Christopher High’s swim teams swept meets at Gilroy High on Friday, with the Cougars’ boys defeating the rival Mustangs 135-5 and the Cougars’ girls winning 93-76.

For Christopher’s boys, Jacob Holm won the 500-yard free with a Central Coast Section qualifying time of 5 minutes, 4.58 seconds, and won the 200 free in 1:55.2.

Derek Harris led Gilroy’s boys with a third-place finish in the 200 free in 2:26.5.

For Christopher’s girls, Natalie Garcia won the 500 free, Sabrina Seery took the 100 free and Kristen Frantzich claimed the 100 breaststroke.

Kimmy Davis shined for Gilroy’s girls, winning the 200 individual medley in 2:31.2 and the 100 backstroke in 1:08.4. Also for the Mustangs, Anna Brolin posted a CCS time in the 100 fly.
