Dear Editor,
I learned of Jeramy’s sad story last Tuesday on the news. I thought that it had to of been somebody else, but then my phone rang. It was my brother Tony who was a close friend of Jeramy’s. He asked me if I knew what had happend.
Then it really came together. It was a very hurtful thing to find out.
The scariest part for me was the fact that my brother was supposed to be where Jeramy was. It should have been him instead. I thank God that it wasn’t, but it’s very scary because it was still someone that means something to me.
Jeramy was such a crazy guy. I remember my freshman year at Gilroy High, hearing my brother and Jeramy yelling accross the quad, “Yeeeppp!” I never quite understood why they did that. Just being boys!
The memory of Jeramy will live on, and my deepest sympathies go out to the Ailes family.
To all of Jeramys friends … lets keep his uplifting spirit going!
