Jonathan Mixter anchored the balanced Intero attack by pouring in 14 points, including a pair of three-point field goals.
Kevin Steele came up with 11 points, Mark Azzarrella and Daniel Fauss 10 points apiece for Valerie Smith Intero. Vance Lee paced the Titans offense with 18 points. Anthony Bravo provided nine Titan points.
Handmade Healthcare powered past the Tri-County Warriors 54-28 to leave both clubs at 1-1 in DD play.
Nick Possley and Ed Cordia each notched eight points in the first half as Handmade built a 36-13 advantage. Possley took game scoring honors with 13 points. Cordia finished with 10. Jerrell Morales scored 12 points, Jordan Ventura 11 for the Warriors.
The Money Makers edged past George Chiala Farms 63-59 Tuesday to improve to 2-0 atop the Men’s D League’s second-half standings at Solorsano Gym.
Chiala Farms, the first-half DD champion, built a 30-27 lead at the intermission. Cliff Donnett carried the Farmer offense with 18 points. Brandon Greene struck for 12 points, Michael Bright 11 for the losers.
Willie Shaw scored 21 of his 25 points in the second half as the Money Makers, the first-half D champion, rallied past the Farmers. Michael Moisa popped in 19 Money Maker markers.
Mark Cisneros exploded for 22 points to help Pizza N’ Stuff past Anritsu 60-58, leaving both teams at 1-1.
Neil Garrett produced 14 points and Miguel Gillard added 10 for the winners. Mitch Pierce hit for 13 points, Gil Barry and Adam Supnet 11 apiece for Anritsu.
Morgan Hill Garage Door reached 1-1 by stopping Headstart 73-55.
Jacob Garcia worked inside for 22 points for Morgan Hill Garage Door. Joe Wortham provided 17 points, Shawn Chizanskas 13 for the Doors.
Headstart built a 34-31 intermission edge. Bob Lemmon canned seven 3-pointers on the way to 30 points for Headstart. Rick Tersini added 17 points for Headstart.
