Dear Editor,
I read with interest the article written by your columnist, Bonnie Evans, on June 22 about the end-of-life decisions. The column was very well written and very informative.
Toward the end of the article, she mentioned parents talking about losing their children and mates losing their spouses. Helping others though grief has been a ministry of my wife and I over the last 2 1/2 years after losing our son suddenly in August 2002.
We started a grief recovery class called Griefshare at the First Baptist Church here in Gilroy. Griefshare is a 13-week video series that covers all types of losses from infant to the elderly, suicide to accidental. Anyone interested can call 846-6872.
