amp;H). Mr. Wagner specializes in commercial litigation with an
emphasis on real estate, construction, insurance and business
transaction disputes.
Salinas – Kirk R. Wagner has been named a shareholder in the law firm of Noland, Hamerly, Etienne & Hoss (NHE&H). Mr. Wagner specializes in commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate, construction, insurance and business transaction disputes. Before joining NHE&H in 2001, Wagner practiced with law firms in Monterey and Reno, Nevada. He will be working from the firm’s Monterey and Salinas offices.

Wagner has represented clients in nearly every county in California and has extensive experience in advising insurance carriers on effective claims handling, and compliance with claims practice statutes and trial counsel guidelines. Licensed to practice law in California and Nevada, he holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado and earned his law degree at the University of Arizona.
