GILROY – El Teatro Campesino’s popular production “Zoot Suit” will return March 17 through April 18 at the Gavilan College theater.
“Zoot Suit” re-creates Los Angeles during World War II, with its portrayal of the Sleepy Lagoon murder mystery and the infamous Zoot Suit riots.
Last March, the production had a sold out run of 112 performances.
Performances are set for Thursdays through Saturdays at 8 p.m., with matinees on Saturdays at 2 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. Gavilan is located at 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd.
Admission is $32 for adults, $27 for students and seniors and $22 for children 12 and under. Group rates are available.
