DEAR EDITOR:

I started working for Rey Sotelo back in 1997, while we were California Motorcycle Company. Because of Rey’s knowledge on how to build a quality motorcycle, Indian, from Toronto, picked us to become the Indian Manufacturing Plant. We went over to the new plant with only 50 people, who were dedicated to see this new company work. Why? – to see it make it, for the Indian history and to restore it. And for Rey and his father, who helped to rebuild it.

I am so sad for so many people, who have worked so hard, and put many long hours to see this company make it. Though many of us at Indian, didn’t know each other on a personal level, we all had a high level of professional experience and dedication to this company.

Whatever happened all of a sudden, I do not know. I just wish all of the Indian employees the best and the best will be when Rey Sotelo, a man of pure generosity and love for his people,is working with them again.

Rey, you are the man and the number ONE Chief Boss.
