Hospital in Gilroy on April 11 at the age of 85.
Bernie Aufdengarten passed away at Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy on April 11 at the age of 85.
He was the husband of Margaret Aufdengarten for 61 years. They were married Nov. 3, 1941. He is also survived by his two sisters Angoline Lanka of Ranchesta, Wyoming and Letha Kwiate of Oak Lawn, Illinois and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Gerald of Arthur, Neb. He will be missed daily by his many friends.
Aufdengarten worked as a bookkeeper for 20 years at Peterson’s Tire.
Memorial services will be held at the Kingdom Hall, 8530 North Forest St., at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
