At about 10 p.m. Sunday, a lone man entered Fast Pizza, at 8400 Church St., wearing a ski mask and a dark-colored, heavy jacket. He pulled out a handgun and ordered the clerk to give him cash. The clerk handed him cash – police did not specify the amount – and the man fled in an undescribed vehicle.
The suspect was described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, about 180 pounds, Hispanic and between 20 and 25 years old.
In a separate incident, two men stole another’s wallet at knifepoint at about 1 p.m. Saturday, in the parking lot of PW Market Place, 260 East Tenth Street, according to city police. Police provided no descriptions of the two suspects, who fled in an undescribed vehicle. Police did not know how much money was taken with the wallet.
