Weatherly joins Gennia Agency

Salinas – Brenda Weatherly has joined the Gennia Agency as Director of Sales. Ms. Weatherly has a degree in advertising from Fresno State University. She worked previously with the Hollister Freelance and other San Benito County businesses and organizations. Ms. Weatherly will now be in charge of New Business Sales and Marketing for the agency.

The Gennia Agency is a full-service advertising agency, located in Salinas, with clients throughout the tri-county area. The agency specializes in Agriculturally based accounts, retail and business-to-business.

Andrew Jacobs named sales associate for Coldwell Banker, Gilroy

Gilroy – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Gilroy is pleased to welcome Andrew Jacobs as its newest sales associate. In his new position, Jacobs will specialize in residential sales in the South Bay.

Originally from England, Jacobs worked as a property sales negotiator for two years with an established brokerage before moving to the United States.

After relocating to the United States, Jacobs worked for Hewlett Packard at their corporate headquarters in Palo Alto where he managed worldwide finance projects in the information technology department. His responsibilities included corporate financial reporting and application portfolio management.

Jacobs is an active member of his community. He is involved in his church, has worked as a volunteer for five years at the Gilroy Garlic Festival and was head coach of a Class I Under 16 boy‚s soccer team. He and his wife, Ros, have three sons, Peter, Alex and Philip.

Jacobs recently completed intensive training programs through Chamberlin School and Anthony Schools which emphasized the principles and techniques of real estate.
