Robert Guerrero poses with A's outfielder Coco Crisp.

Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero kicked off what turned out to be another thrilling day of baseball at Oakland Coliseum, throwing out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the Oakland A’s and New York Yankees game Sunday.

Guerrero delivered his left-handed pitch to Athletics’ outfielder Coco Crisp, who had the game-winning hit – a single to right – in the bottom of the 12th inning to lift the A’s to a four-game sweep of the Yankees.

The Ghost (29-1-1, 18 KOs) will take on Selcuk Aydin (23-0-0, 17 KOs) in a 12-round battle for the vacant WBC Interim Welterweight world title Saturday in San Jose.

The duo is scheduled to hold an open work out at San Jose Boxing Gym on Tuesday. The event is open to the public and begins at 1 p.m.
