Home + Garden Tour is May 9-10

The Gilroy Assistance League’s 2025 Home + Garden Tour & Artisan Market will take place 10am-5pm May 9-10 in the western foothills of Gilroy. Tickets cost $40 in advance ($45 on the day of the event) and the tour’s starting location will be revealed to ticket purchasers.

This year’s tour is the event’s 20th anniversary bringing together architectural elegance, vibrant gardens and community engagement.

The Home + Garden Tour is a major fundraiser for the Gilroy Assistance League, an organization dedicated to supporting local youth, says a press release from the league.

“We’re proud of the impact this event has had  during the last 20 years, donating hundreds of thousands of dollars to local initiatives, including $35,000 in 2025 alone,” said Gilroy Assistance League President Piper Pluckhan. “The tour’s power to unite people in giving is something we look forward to every year.”

Attendees of the 2025 tour can look forward to a selection of homes that reflect the diverse styles of Gilroy. A drive through the western foothills will lead visitors to a picturesque community where historic homes blend with modern designs and unique vineyard estates.

The tour will culminate with an outdoor market showcasing the creations of talented local artisans, says the press release. Attendees can shop while enjoying refreshments.

“Before the Home Tour, we explored various fundraising options but knew we needed a signature event,” said Janice Filice, who chaired the first Home + Garden Tour in 2005. “Proposing a tour of local homes started something very special. It’s incredible to see how it has grown.”

Lori Kent, Chair of the 2025 Home Tour, shared her excitement: “I’m honored to lead the 20th anniversary event. The generosity of homeowners, sponsors, and guests has helped build this event into one of the community’s most anticipated traditions.”
