program opens Wednesday Oct. 30
GILROY – The 2002-3 Gilroy Community Services Department adult basketball program opens Wednesday Oct. 30 with a tripleheader at South Valley Junior High School.
The four-team Women’s League opens at 7 p.m. with a game between Togo’s and Krazy Koyote-Dutchman’s Pizza. Above the Rim, the defending league champion, plays Williams Dental Lab in the 8 p.m. contest.
One Men’s E League game is set for 9 p.m., Rocha’s Drywall against Stuft Pizza.
The six-team Men’s D League opens on Tuesday Nov. 5. Gaeta’s will face Dutchman-Koyote at 7 p.m., Headstart opens defense of the league title against Fritter-Schulz Physical Therapy at 8 p.m., and Morgan Hill Garage plays Mitchell Excavation at 9 p.m.
Completing the eight-team Men’s E League are Net Magic, Toto Stingers, Titans, Goldsmirh Seeds, Playaz and Handmade Healthcare.
