The City Council should have denied Dividend Homes’ proposed development on Santa Teresa. Our west side must “blend” with what nature has given us and what we have already created. The area between Eagle Ridge Golf Club, the Presbyterian Church, Mesa Ranch homes and Gavilan College should be complimentary to those developments and our Western foothills.
