Firm honored for community efforts

San Jose – The Hinkle, Jachimowicz, Pointer and Mayron law firm has served the San Jose and Gilroy areas for more than 30 years. For its solid growth, service integrity and civic efforts, the firm recently received AT&T Yellow Pages’ prestigious Spirit of Success Award.

AT&T Yellow Pages selected the firm and just four other customers out of 750,000 across its regions to receive the Spirit of Success Award this year. Begun in 1998, the honor recognizes winners for their industry and community leadership.

Hinkle attorneys give back to their San Jose and Gilroy communities by supporting the Volunteers in Parole organization and the Teens in Counseling Center. The parole group supports newly released offenders, and the teen center provides emotional and financial support on a variety of issues – major and minor.

Intero to open Kona office

Cupertino – With a warm Aloha Kâua, Intero Real Estate Services turns its eye to the Hawaiian Islands and the opening of its first office in Kona. Located in the heart of downtown, the office will be led by owner-manager Leonora Prince and is the first of several the company plans to open on the islands.

Community Bank changes name

Salinas – Rabobank announced that Community Bank of Central California, which was acquired by Rabobank, is changing its name to Rabobank, N.A., effective today.

Rabobank, N.A. is a community bank serving the financial needs of individuals, businesses, real estate developers and investors, and agricultural enterprises in communities throughout California. With the acquisition of Community Bank, Rabobank, N.A. now operates 39 branches located from California’s Mexican border north to the greater Sacramento metropolitan area.

In recognition of the name change, Rabobank has declared this week “Customer Appreciation Week.” Each of these branches will be decorated with Rabobank colors, and will offer refreshments and promotional items. Bank employees and branch managers will greet customers today wearing new Rabobank shirts and name tags.
