The President’s Council Award is presented every year to Coldwell Banker managers who have led their office to financial success. The designation is based on total profit, return on revenue and mortgage usage categories.

Gilroyan Lynn Fillppetti Reed has had three illustrated children’s books published. They are available at Garlic City Books on Monterey Road in Gilroy. Her book titled “Shannon’s Journey to the Throne Room” won a book award in 2009. Her newest book is titled “Shannon’s Search for the Lost Ark.”
