The Dress Planner will hold its grand opening Friday at 102 Cochrane Plaza, Morgan Hill. The Dress Planner, which is owned by Rosalina Moreno, Lupe Gonzalez and Shari Capalla, originated in San Jose as a dot com business. The business provides evening gowns, custom gowns for proms, quinceaneras and weddings and tuxedo rentals.
