HISTORY: The Flying Dragon Chinese restaurant opened in July of 2004 by owner Cheng Sharon Sau Hong Wong, chef Zhi Qi Liu and his wife Judy Chen.

SERVICES: The 80-seating capacity restaurant located in the heart of Morgan Hill offers catering services, banquets, company parties and celebrations and many Chinese specialty food to go. Its menu includes more than 100 different types of Chinese food dishes, including family dinners, chef specialty dishes, appetizers, soups, party tray menu and a variety of beverages. It delivers food to Morgan Hill, Watsonville, San Martin and Gilroy. Delivery is free if order is more than $20.
HOURS: 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday; 12 noon to 10 p.m. Saturday; and 12 noon to 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
