Concepcion was preceded in death by her husband Guillermo P. Cerdan and parents Ramon Franco and Trinidad Ortiz. She is survived by her children Antonio and his wife Maria Diazconti, of Gilroy, Hermelinda and her husband Ricardo Carreon, of Hermo-sillo, Sonora, Mexico, Lupita Decano, of Puebla, Guill-ermo and his wife Mayra Cerdan, of Pacifica, Cecilia Sandoval, of Gilroy, Alex Cerdan, of New Castle, Del., Gabriel and his wife Erin Cerdan, of Gilroy, Rosa and her husband Daniel Vega, of Elk Grove, Martin Cerdan, of Gilroy, and Martha Farpella, of Gilroy; sister of Carmen Franco, Lilia Franco, Ofelia Franco, Antonio Franco and Lourdes Solis; 23 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.

Along with enjoying her birds and gardening, she loved having her family together especially for the holidays.

Funeral Services will be Thursday at 4 p.m. at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy. Viewing will start at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Inurnment will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park, Gilroy.
