• A study session on the city’s paramedic program.
• Proposed guidelines on how the city will set up task forces to create a specific plan for the downtown, a policy to mitigate loss of prime agricultural lands in development and rules for mixed-use, neighborhood-style development within some new residential projects.
• A request by Lloyd Martin to subdivide 8.35 acres on the southeast corner of Las Animas Avenue and Monterey Road into nine industrial lots.
