SAN MARTIN – A two-vehicle accident in San Martin Thursday night left one person injured, one arrested and one on the run.
Marilynn Host, 56, of San Martin, was taken to San Jose Medical Center with multiple rib fractures, a lung contusion and collapsed lung when her husband was driving northbound on Monterey Road at the Cox Avenue intersection and collided with a red, 1988 Ford Festiva.
Host’s husband, William Host, 56, of San Martin, who was driving the couple’s 1995 Honda, was arrested for felony driving under the influence.
The driver of the red Ford Festiva fled the scene on foot.
