Eagle Ridge Golf Course will once again hold free golf lessons
for Hispanic Youth starting June 29 at noon and running through the
summer as part of a PGA grant for ‘Growth of the Game’
projects.
GILROY – Eagle Ridge Golf Course will once again hold free golf lessons for Hispanic Youth starting June 29 at noon and running through the summer as part of a PGA grant for ‘Growth of the Game’ projects.

Head professional Scott Krause – who began the free clinic last summer – will open classes on Sundays for two hours and then expand to other days or times based on participation.

Hispanic youngsters ages 17 and under will be supplied with golf equipment on site. Then they will be given instruction by Krause – a PGA professional who also is the head coach for the Gavilan College men’s golf team.
