Memorial Service to remember and celebrate Susanna's life will be held on Thursday, June 18th, 3:00 P.M. at the West Hills Community Church, 16695 Dewitt Ave, Morgan Hill, CA 95037. Please share your thoughts and memories about Susanna in a written note or letter that you can leave with us at the Memorial. Following the Memorial Service, there will be a reception. Mary Jo Pierce passed away suddenly of natural causes on June 27, 2012. She is survived and will be greatly missed by her husband Les Pierce, her two daughters Deborah Pierce and Peggy Pierce-Rudd and her son Les Pierce Jr. She is also survived by her brother Nicholas Ferrero, her sister-in-law Betty Ferrero and many nieces and nephews.
Emilio is survived by his children ChrisMarie Rodriguez-Montez and Robert Emilio Rodriguez, and his grandchildren Sharlene Stokes, Kyle Stokes, Deven Rodriguez, and Lucas Rodriguez. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters; Juanita Alexander, Marcelo Rodriguez, Christine Chavez, Lydia Gonzales, Paul Rodriguez, Rudolpho Rodriguez, Reynaldo Rodriguez, David Rodriguez, Rene Rodriguez, Raul Rodriguez, Elodia Dixon, Veronica Gonzales, Carlos Rodriguez, and his stepmother Dolores Rodriguez.
Ida Samantha Lierly passed away in Hollister. She was born in Gridley, Illinois, the daughter of William Otis Roseberry and Arlita Hinthorn Roseberry. She was a resident of San Benito County for over 70 years and worked for Tri Valley Growers Cannery for 30 years, was a member of Fidelity Rebekah Lodge #29, Hollister Women's Club and The Hollister Grandmother's Club.
After a lengthy illness and surrounded by her children, Maria Elena entered into rest on November 25, 2006, at her son's home in Morgan Hill, CA. A long time resident of Gilroy, she worked numerous years at the Christopher Ranch and Marriots.
Resident of Gilroy, respected Elder of the Amah Mutsun Tribal Band. A California Indian, Ramona descends from the Chumash, Yokuts, and Amah Mutsun Tribes. Ramona has ancestorial ties to missions Santa Barbara, San Antonio, Carmel, Santa Cruz, San Juan Bautista, and Santa Clara. Ramona was born in Madera, CA on October 16, 1928. She married Valentin Lopez of Gilroy in 1947. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. Ramona was a homemaker and worked Yard Duty, with the Morgan Hill Unifies School District.
