Rancho Paloma De Paz (Home of the Dove of Peace) - - Huck died peacefully in his sleep with his wife of 49 years, Fran, by his side in the country Retreat they called home.
Born in Manila, Philippines, and raised in Batac in the province of Ilocos Norte. Generosa "Inay" Acosta came to the United States in 1980 to join her daughter, Elena, and son-in-law. She died peacefully at home at age 92 with her loving children and family around her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Esmeraldo in 1996, and son Joven in 1942. Inay will be profoundly missed by her children Fely (late Rody), Elena (Victor), Filomena, Jessie (Shirley), Cora (Wilson) and Manny (Linda); her cherished grandchildren Ryan andFarrah; Cherylle, Jennifer, and Yvonne; Jeze and John; Alistair, Alvin, and Genna; Rizelle and Krishna; and her beloved great-grandchildren Zander and Logan; Dominic, Ryan and Ryder.
Irene Ford, 82 0f Morgan Hill, CA went to be with the Lord on January 10, 2008. She passed away at her daughter's home in Chino, CA with her daughter and son-in-law by her side. Irene (Hulbert) Ford was born on June 20, 1925 in Dow, Oklahoma to Rollen and Pearl Hulbert. She was the youngest of eight children. She married Henry James Ford on December 13, 1943. They lived in the Morgan Hill area most of their 51 years of marriage. Irene is survived by her only child, Cathy (Charles) Hudson of Chino, CA; grandson, Derrick (Evelyn) Hudson of Gilroy, CA; great grandchildren, Derrick James, Austin, Noah and Trina. A visitation will take place on Thursday, January 17, 2008 from 5-9 pm at Johnson Funeral Home, 17720 Monterey Street in Morgan Hill. A private burial will take place on Tuesday, January 22, 2008, at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, Gustine, CA.
