Born Irmgard Hartman, Irma is survived by her husband of 55 years Carmen "Babe" Gippetti, son Michael Gippetti, daughter and son-in-law Rosanne and Del Struthers and son and daughter-in law Jeffrey and Toni Gippetti as well as her four grandchildren Chelese, Drew, and Rachelle Struthers and Dominic Gippetti.
Lydia Jean Cadei went home to heaven Sunday, January 10, 2010, at the age of 55. She was born into the loving family of Ray and Isabel Cadei on March 12, 1954.
Flora B. Carter, loved dearly by her family, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2008 at her home in Gilroy at the age of 90. Flora spent the last 55 years of her life in Gilroy with her beloved husband of 65 years, Harmon Carter, who predeceased her in 2005. She worked and retired in Gilroy as secretary of Brownell Elementary School.She loved to cook and entertain. She loved to play cards with her friends and she loved her grandchildren. She is survived and will be greatly missed by her daughter Joanne Churchill, her son and his wife, Tom and Claudia Carter, her 5 grandchildren, Jana, Winston, Jodi, Andrea and Tommy, her 9 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at her home at 7380 Crews Rd, Gilroy, Ca on Sunday October 26, at 1:00 P.M. Donations in Flora's name may be made to Odyssey Health Care or the Alzheimer's Assn.
Passed away at the age of 44, early Friday August 29th 2008. He is survived by his Parents, Ron and Bettelou Taborski of Half Moon Bay. Sisters: Victoria L. Taborski of Hollister, Kristina Hammonds (Jeff Hammonds) and Michael Hammonds, Nephew of Palm Desert. Burial is set for September 12, 2008 in Burgettstown, Pa.
Rev. William Raney passed away in Charlottesville, Virginia, after a short battle with prostate cancer. He was born in Drayton, North Dakota, one of seven children of Albert and Carrie Raney. He was raised in Morgan Hill, attended local schools, and following college, was ordained a Methodist minister. For nearly 60 years, he pastored churches in North Carolina and Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie, daughter, Leslie Dawley, and son, Craig Raney. Also a brother, Donald Raney of Santa Barbara, and a sister, Eleanor Hornall of Spokane, WA, and a brother-in-law, John H. Khan of Morgan Hill. He leaves seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, all of Virginia.
