Fred is srvived by his wife of 51 years Phyllis Rodriguez and sons Anthony Rodriguez, Edward Rodriguez, Fred Rodriguez, Jr. and daughter Phyllis Quirino, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Charlie J. McDonough, 80, passed away on May 23, 2009 at his home in Gilroy. A native of Ft. Worth, TX, he had resided in Hollister and Gilroy for the past several years. He is survived by his wife Jane; daughters Shawn McDonough of Atlanta, GA and Susan Rousculp of Hollister and husband Gary; granddaughter Caitlin Rousculp and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on November 3, 2014, at 11:00 A.M., in the chapel at Golden Gate National Cemetery, 1300 Sneath Lane, San Bruno, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the MOAA Scholarship Fund, which provides educational assistance for children of military families, or to any ROTC Scholarship Fund.

William Sandoe Hanna
Sandoe Hanna passed away on March 5th, 2010, at Gilroy Healthcare on Murray St., at the age of 98. Born in Gilroy, the son of Fannie Bruener Sandoe and Walter Jacob Hanna, Sandoe attended schools in Gilroy and briefly attended Stanford. The Great Depression interupted his schooling and he came home to work on his parents' farm south of Gilroy. Sandoe's wife, Mildred, preceeded him in death on January 17th, 2010. Two of his children have also passed away, Sandra (2005) and Bill (11-2009). He is survived by two sons, Roy of Gilroy and Tom of Juneau, AK (married to Kathy).
