Annie R. Bartle passed away Sunday afternoon at the age of 95 at Mabie Skilled Nursing Facility. Born in Oakland and returned to Hollister in 1994 after living in the Bay Area for several years. Wife of the late Richard C. Bartle who died in 2000. Sister of Josephine Rose of Hollister and the late Frank, Peter and Louie Ghione, Esther O'Neal, Mary "Tootie" Powell, Eugene "BoBo" Ghione and Rena Fitzpatrick.
Margie C. Alvarez
Margie C. Alvarez passed away Sunday afternoon at the age of 48 in Hollister. She was born in Hollister and had lived here all her life. She was a graduate of San Benito High School and was a former employee of Wapples Pharmacy. She also did family home care for many years.
Leonard H. Gomez
Leonard Gomez passed away on April 15, 2007 after a lengthy illness. As a young man he enjoyed being with his family and friends, farming, and riding his motorcycle. At holidays and gatherings, he was always the life of the party. He loved singing and making people laugh. Later in his life he enjoyed following the San Francisco 49ers, as well as other sports, and collecting model cars.
William (Bill) Jury
Bill passed away Saturday, April 14, 2007, of cancer, at his home in Gilroy. He was the husband of Anita L. Jury, father of Mark & Scott Jury and Michelle Habing, Stephanie Nazzisi, Elizabeth Williams and Rozalyn Mendence, grandfather of Jason, Mitch, Neal, Joey, Kyle, Jessika, Corey, Janessa, Tyler and Ashley, and brother of Richard R. Jury.
Christine Carol O’Keeffe
Christine Carole O'Keeffe, age 55, passed away peacefully at her home in San Jose, CA after a long battle with bone marrow cancer. Chrissy faced her illness with strength and joy, based in her faith in the Lord. She looked forward to meeting with Him, and being reunited with parents, family, and friends who had gone before her. She will be missed by many who were touched by her continued optimism and sense of humor.

Dorothy E. Foley passed away in San Jose on April 13, 2007. She was 80 years old. Mrs. Foley is survived by her children: Lorna Saiz of Fresno, Laren Quaill of Brentwood, Loreen Blank of Clear Lake and Landy Quaill of Morgan Hill. She is also survived b y 13 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and 1 niece. She was preceded in death by her husbands: Vernon Quaill and Arthur Foley and her children: Lex and Lana Quaill.

Funeral services are pending for Margie Chavez Alvarez, former employee of Wapples Pharmacy, at Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home. Margie passed away Sunday afternoon at the age of 48 at Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital.

Larry is survived by his mother, Paula Orosco, brother of Manuel Ramos, Marcos Ramos, Wally & Jeneieve Ramos, Julian Orosco, Gloria Viveros, Lisa Rivera, Irma Rodriguez and many nieces and nephews. Larry will be greatly missed by family and many friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 17, 2007, 7:00 P.M., at Habing Family Funeral Home. Burial services will begin at the funeral Home on Wednesday at 10:00 A.M., then to Mount Hope Memorial Park, Morgan Hill, CA.
