Dorothy T. Albertson
Dorothy passed away in Gilroy at the age of 95. She was born in Shelby, MT, but moved to Troy, MT as a young child where her parents homesteaded 160 acres. She was raised in a log cabin with six siblings. She put herself through school and earned a BA degree. After many years as a secretary, Dorothy became a teacher. She taught school until retirement. She loved to travel and saw a lot of the world. She also loved horses, the outdoors, and the water. She is survived by her son, Charles (Susan) Albertson of San Martin; her son Forrest (Nancy) Albertson of Goose Creek, SC; and daughter, Katie (Joe) Aiello of Morgan Hill. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A private interment will take place in Montana.
Sara Marie Smith
Sara was taken from us too soon in an automobile accident in Lodi, CA. She was a great big sister, loved children, and wanted to be a Child Psychologist. Sara chose to be an organ donor and many benefited from her selflessness. Sara is survived by her father, Greg Smith of Herald; mother, Annette Smith of Lodi; sister, Maryann. age 10, of Lodi; grandparents, Jim and Nancy Smith of Penn Valley and Adamo and Ralene Marcoccia of San Jose; uncles and aunts, Rick and Tricia Smith of Arizona and Mike and Sibylle Marcoccia of Acampo; cousins, Jessica and Taylor Smith and Austin and Hunter Marcoccia. Richard L. (Dick) Goodrich, 80, of Little Rock, AK, passed away on August 2, 2010. Surrounded by family and friends, Dick left this earthly life to begin a new life with his Heavenly Father.

Melanie is survived by her husband, Jeff Jordahl Ryan, her daughters, Maile and Madailein Ryan, her mother Amanda Heuston, her father Kevin Ryan, and her sister, Cecily Ryan.
