Vincent’s Church in Petaluma.

Lucy is the daughter of james and Cathy Giovando of Petaluma. She attended the University of California-Davis.
James is the son of Eunice and Gene Meyer and the late Gerald Watts of Gilroy. He also attended the University of California-Davis and and now works at AAA.
The bride wore her mother’s veil and her grandmother’s pearl necklace. The sisters of the bride are Mary Sabella, liz Giovando and Caroline Giovando. He friends are Keri Allen, Jennifer Hiller, Michelle Vallert and Elizabeth Jepsen.
The best men and brothers of the groom are Jerry and Dennis Watts. The groomsmen were Mike Reed, Paul Culala, Preston Thomas and Kevin Pounders.
Lucy and James met while volunteering for the American Cancer Society. After a reception at McNear’s Beach in San Rafael, the couple went on their honeymoon in Bali.
