Ba-WHOOSH! In a swift action the City Council flushed $28’000’000 of Gilroy’s hard earned funds right down the drain.
I refer, of course, to the approval of Gilroy’s palatial police station. This leaves me to wonder how many hidden costs and incidentals will be sucked in as well. Has the City Council ever enacted or even considered a cost CUTTING measure? Not in my memory.
