Giant night for Gilroy
Take the family to “Gilroy Night” at the San Jose Giants game starting at 6 p.m. July 18. Fill the stands, show your Gilroy pride and enjoy the fireworks. Tickets can be purchased for $10 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Gilroy Foundation office, 60 Fourth St., Gilroy, or by calling Gina at (408) 843-8604 after noon.

SVCT summer show ‘The Producers’ opens July 10
South Valley Civic Theater presents “The Producers,” a musical comedy about a down-on-his-luck theatrical producer, through Aug. 8 at Morgan Hill Community Playhouse, 17090 Monterey Road, Morgan Hill. Fun run, car show in Gilroy
The 14th Annual Garlic City Fun Run Car Show will zoom into downtown Gilroy from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 18. Enjoy food, beer and wine as you stroll downtown and check out the classic cars.
