Jenny Velasco Gaeta was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She moved to Gilroy at the age of fourteen. She attended Gilroy High School and Gavilan College.
 She later transfered to UCLA where she earned her degree in Geography and Political Science. Jenny came from a BRCA 1 family, and was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in 2009.
 She leaves behind her parents Salvador and Paula, older brother Victor and many family and friends that loved her and will always remember the beautiful person she was inside and out.
 Jenny’s memories, spirit and kind heart will forever be remembered and her joy will continue to live within us.
