Leonard Caetano passed away Friday, December 30, 2011 at the age of 87. Born June 7, 1924 and was raised in San Juan Bautista. Leonard is survived by his wife of 56 years, Rosemarie Caetano, seven children and three grandchildren.
Leonard was a proud veteran of WWII. His love for San Juan Bautista was shown through his lifelong community service.
Friends may visit at the Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home on Friday, January 6th, 2012, from Noon to 5:00 P.M. A Rosary service will be offered Friday evening at 7:00 P.M. at the old Mission San Juan.
Family and friends may gather at the Old Mission on Saturday morning from 10:45 A.M. to attend the funeral Mass that will commence at 11:00 A.M. Graveside services and burial will follow at the San Juan District Cemetery.
Donations can be made to Mission San Juan Bautista, St. Francis Retreat or the San Juan VFW in Care of the Funeral Home.
