An alleged rape of a 40-year-old intoxicated female has landed three juvenile suspects in custody – one charged with rape and all three with burglary and conspiracy – after an incident Saturday night, according to a press release from the Morgan Hill Police Department.
Authorities reported that the female victim returned to her home in a taxi cab and was assisted inside by a female neighbor and her 16-year-old son, who allegedly later went back to the house and raped her.
According to police, the male juvenile then enlisted his 15-year-old girlfriend and her friend to burglarize the victim’s house. Officers recovered the victim’s stolen property at the residence of the 16-year-old male suspect, according to the press release.
