GILROY – Three sets was all Gilroy High’s boys volleyball team needed to send Alisal home in defeat Thursday night.
The Mustangs won 25-10, 25-16, 25-17 to improve to 7-0 on the season, a mark believed to be the best start in school history.
The schedule will get significantly tougher next week, as Gilroy plays at Palma on Tuesday before returning home to host rival Hollister on Thursday.
