A four-time DUI offender and Gilroy man found guilty of murder by a jury in May for a 2009 DUI crash that instantly killed a 6-year-old boy in San Jose was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison Friday morning.Â

Gilroy man arrested for molesting young girls
Constantino Garcia, 59 of Gilroy, was arrested in his home at 5:50 a.m. on Aug. 19 on the 1100 block of Driftwood Terrace for five counts of lewd and lascivious acts on three young children.
