Brothers arrested for firearm possession, crystal meth
Gilroy brothers Andrew Charles, a 21-year-old window washer, and Richard Charles, a 23-year-old roofer, were arrested the morning of March 28 for possession of controlled substance for sale, and possession of a firearm, according to records from The Unified Narcotic Enforcement Task Force in Santa Clara County.
