New discussion date set for suspected molester of teen girls
A 19-year-old man arrested on suspicion of molesting at least six females age 16 and younger had a plea hearing today in the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill.
Mom who left child during grocery theft arraigned, held on $50,000 bail
The Morgan Hill woman accused of using her 10-year-old daughter to steal groceries was arraigned in South County Courthouse Friday afternoon on charges of commercial burglary, a felony, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a misdemeanor.
Anderson closed for boating Saturday due to low water level
Due to the low water level in Anderson and Coyote reservoirs, boating will be suspended at both reservoirs on Oct. 6. To mitigate the reservoirs’ early closure, the Santa Clara County Parks and Recreation Department will increase boating days at Calero, and keep Stevens Creek and Lexington reservoirs open on weekends and holidays in order to provide options for recreational boaters and anglers.
