Survived by his loving wife, Susan, of 32 years, passed away on October 4, 2009. He is survived by his children, Brian (Teresa), Jeff (Karen), Derek (Tina), Meg, Jason (Jody) & Julie (Steve). Loving grandpa (PaPa) to Darrien, Makayla, Taylor, Mykelle, Zachary, Jake, Brandon, Briana, Dawson, and Pierson. Survived by many siblings, nieces and nephews. Rose Mary Laveroni passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at her home in Ridgemark. Rose Mary was born and lived in Hollister all her life and was a graduate of Hollister High School. She had worked for many years for the Pacific Telephone Co. in Hollister. Rose was a avid golfer and member of Ridgemark Golf & Country Club, Bolado Golf Club, Ridgemark Womens Club and a former volunteer and director of the Hazel Hawkins Hospital Auxiliary.

John passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on November 24, 2009. John was born in Texas on December 12, 1949 to George & Julie Molina.

Morgan Hill resident, Helen N. Smith, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2009, at the age of 75 in San Jose, CA, with her family at her side. Helen is survived by her loving brother, three devoted daughters, four grandchildren, three great-granddaughters, and several extended family members and friends. Helen was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps. in March 1954. She retired from the County of Santa Clara after 25 years of public service. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, July 22, 2009, at 3:00 P.M. at the South Bay House of God, 2149 Oakland Road, San Jose, CA 95131.

Jean Bernardasci, 78, passed away Thursday. She was born October 18, 1932.

Toby and family lived in Southern CA where he thrived in his 20-yearr career at Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He had numerous accomplishments, enjoyed sports and was loved by many. Toby fought a quick battle with acute leukemia. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Barbara, his children Marisa and Toby, his mother Lucy, and seven siblings. A viewing will be held on Sept. 23rd, 2009, at 9:30 A.M. Followed by Mass 10:30 A.M., burial 12:00 P.M. at Oak Park Cem., reception at Baseline Community Church.

Winifred L. Silveira, a Gilroy resident for the past 56 years, passed away February 28, 2009 at the age of 99. She is survived by her children Jackie Seimas, Joleen (Floyd) Silva, and Joe (Kathy) Silveira, 12 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. Winifred was preceded in death by her husbands Joe Silveira and Lawrence Frontella as well as her granddaughter Lori.
